We always take care of every customer.

The process is simple:

1. Customer sends Tripod to our manufacturing facility.

2. Included in the package, a detailed description of the issue(s) and contact information.

3. We repair any issue under warranty for free which includes Wear and Tear or accidental damage for a $35 flat fee per incident.

4. We ship the tripod back to the customer for free.
